WHEEL BOLTS

Wheel bolts, as the name suggests are completely different to wheel nuts in that they screw into the vehicle hubs. Normally they are all taper seat fitting, or in some case radius, but can also be used in certain situations for flat seat fitting.  I do not stock vast amounts of these but as they are easily obtained from a UK based wholesaler I can usually get a specific one in a couple of weeks.  Please also not that they are only available in metric threads, however there are conversions studs available that convert threaded hubs to stud type so that conventional wheel nuts can be used, see the Wheel Studs page for details.

I do get asked quite a lot about Wolfrace wheel bolts & I'm afraid the answer usually is that they are not available anymore, however in certain circumstances some wheel bolts with what is termed "loose washers" can be utilised with the appropriate Wolfrace conversion washers (flat on one side & shallow 30° taper on the other).  The image below is an example of a loose washer wheel bolt fitted with a Wolfrace washer, this example is a 14mm bolt & a #SW15 washer.

There are also a few specific wheel bolts for certain vehicles, these are shown at the bottom of these images & are available to special order.
