Please note that this is a part-time business so I may not be available at all times to respond quickly to emails & telephone calls (as I do have other stuff to do sometimes!). The best way to contact me is by email, as I may not be able to answer the phone but will always answer emails (eventually!). I no longer trade at shows, now I trade online only or with the occasional caller by appointment.
The simplest way to order is to email (address on "contact" page) your enquiry / order to me (quoting my part numbers where possible), that way I can check availability & applications etc & reply with quotes. If you need help in identifying exactly which items you require, please send full details & pics if neccessary & I will reply as soon as possible. I would prefer not to receive pics & enquiries by text, instagram, Facebook etc, it is easier for me to deal efficiently with enquiries via email.
My only method of payment is by PayPal, where I issue an invoice to your email address (do NOT send any payment before receiving an invoice, as this messes up my accounting & systems procedures!) This method is quick & simple and means goods can be shipped out quickly, assuming they are in stock. All you need do is provide an email address I can send the invoice to, once you have received it you merely click on the "Pay Now" button & the system takes you through the process & you don't even need a PayPal account to use it as you can use a credit or debit card. I regret I cannot take credit card payments, either over the phone or by email.
